Senior Associate - Digital Solutions Group​ 


  • Trends Digital is looking to hire 1-2 talented Senior Associates for the Digital Solutions Group (DSG) to be hired on a rolling basis

  • Senior Associate provides professional digital consulting services for international companies from our office in Bangkok

  • This position is for a full time or long term contract that reports into the Managing Director


What you will do:

  • Manage digital consulting projects such as project management, market research, online media planning, communications content, and presentations to clients.

  • Conduct strategic research, digital brand building, and communications content for the South East Asia (SEA) markets and surrounding regions

  • Assist in account management, revenue growth, and high levels of client satisfaction to ensure long term client and partner relationships

  • Work in Thai and English with clients, partners, and stakeholders internationally

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of developers, designers, and strategists to build products and services

  • Lead projects and teams to ensure Objective Key Results (OKR) are successfully delivered within agreed timelines.

  • Coach and mentor younger members of the team on an ongoing basi

Must have:

  • 3 - 9 years of work experience in consulting or digital or a related field

  • Bachelor degree or higher from a reputable university with achievements and awards

  • Good command of English and Thai, both verbal and written

  • Adherence to a high level of professionalism, transparency and collaboration

  • Ensures high quality deliverables are provided to our clients.

  • Solution driven, logical, and able to calmly adapt to changing circumstances in a professional manner

  • Organized and resourceful self starter with a can-do attitude

  • Capable of high quality research, strategy, and business planning for product launches

  • Able to run quickly in a fast paced digital environment

  • Great communication skills with the maturity to provide and receive constructive feedback for improvement 

  • Works seamlessly and professionally with international teams and clients

  • Lived and/or worked internationally

Operations Manager


  • General Manager for a basic administration of HR, Cash, and general Office Management of the Office / Studio

  • Working in Thai and English with clients, partners, and stakeholders located locally and internationally.


What you will do:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Office

  • Be the quarterback for our Office, Admin, and HR related tasks in a fast-paced digital environment

  • Arrange the issuance of financial information and operations, including basic financial recordkeeping, invoicing, and billing

  • Help integrate new employees with necessary equipment, information, and company procedures and policies.

  • Establish and maintain effective filing systems, both digital and physical

  • Organize office maintenance to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order

  • Liaise with internal teams and and external advisors (accountants, lawyers, consultants, etc) to ensure operational excellence

  • Define and Implement systems, processes and attribution mechanisms for continuous improvement

  • Participate in the development of strategic initiative workstreams

  • Coordinate office progress and next steps to senior management and work with them to improve office operations and procedures


Must have:

  • Bachelor degree or higher from a reputable university

  • 3-5+ year of prior experience as a general manager with high level of responsibility

  • Excellent command of English and Thai, both verbal and written

  • Ability to manage on premise Studio Office in Ekkamai and virtual teams through digital platforms and tools

  • Digital first approach with experience in change management & implementation

  • Ability to prioritize and take initiative to accommodate workflow

  • Strong business sense and professionalism to uphold a strict level of confidentiality.

  • Well-organized with strong attention to details

  • Independent, resourceful, and confident with a can-do positive attitud

Good to have:

  • Masters degree or higher

  • Experience working in an international environment
